Full-stack registration for an SSC batch reunion: a Bengali form that mirrors the printed one, sequential coupons allocated in a transaction, one-click A4 PDFs generated in the browser and a searchable admin table with CSV export.
Overview
A school batch planning its reunion needed people to register online but still wanted the familiar printed form.
The problem
- Registrations in Bengali with Bangladeshi phone validation.
- Unique, sequential lottery coupons even under concurrent sign-ups.
- Photos should stay private.
Approach
- A Bengali form that matches the paper version, with
01[3-9]XXXXXXXXmobile validation and bilingual errors. - Coupons and registration numbers (
NLT-2026-0001) allocated inside a SQLite transaction that self-heals counter drift. - One-click A4 PDF built in the browser — the uploaded photo never leaves the device.
- Admin: JWT login, searchable/sortable table, stats, counter reset and CSV export.
