A booking widget in three themes
Guest booking form components — date and time pickers, a five-minute hold timer and nearby-slot suggestions — themed three ways for different restaurant brands.
The first guest-facing booking form for Bookodi's public reservations API, built as a set of client components:
- Multi-step booking with react-hook-form and Zod validation.
- A five-minute hold so a chosen slot isn't taken while the guest types.
- Nearby slots at ±30 and ±60 minutes when the requested time is full.
- Occasions (birthday, anniversary…) passed to the restaurant.
- Three themes — original, dark and black & white — sharing one component set.
It posts to the public reservations endpoint with a scoped API key, and later informed the team's full guest booking site.
